Arrangements for transportation

Transportation by coaches from selected major hotels to Vigyan Bhavan, the Conference Venue, and back will be provided as a shuttle service by the organizers.

Transportation by coaches from selected major hotels to Hotel Maurya Sheraton and Old Fort for dinner on 4th and 5th December, 2007 respectively will also be provided by organizers as a shuttle service.

Please check for details at time of registration at the Help Desk at Vigyan Bhawan, the Conference Venue.

Delegates will be responsible for making their own arrangements for other transportation requirements including transfer from Airport to Hotel and vice versa. The cost of such transportation, accommodation and travel is to be borne by the delegates
