Vigyan Bhavan, the venue of the Conference, is a high security area. Therefore, access to Vigyan Bhavan will be regulated and restricted. Access will be on identity cards which will be issued by the Government of India at time of registration. Delegates should additionally carry photo-id with themselves (Passport etc.)
Facility for online registration is available on the Conference web site. Conference Registration commences on Monday, December 3, 2007 at ASHOKA HOTEL 50-B Chanakyapuri on December 3, 2007 from 0900 hrs to 2100 hrs.
Thereafter, registration will be conducted at VIGYAN BHAVAN (ANNEXE), Maulana Azad Road, from 0730 hrs onwards on December 4, 2007. However, registration will not take place in the morning of December 5, 2007 till 1100 hrs.
Delegates are advised to forward their details (viz name and country/organization) through their offices well before the Conference and to obtain their Identity Cards on December 3, 2007 itself.
Other delegates are advised to carry a photo identity (viz passport etc) and a letter of authority from their offices or Missions in India to facilitate spot registration in New Delhi itself.
