North India, it is expected that most hotel rooms in Delhi shall be in big demand.
An Early reservation is therefore advisable.
All requests for accommodation must be sent to ITDC - ARMS, along with a booking amount, equal to one night tariff / the cost of services / tours. The balance amount on the room charges would be payable to ITDC ARMS / Respective hotel upon arrival. The delegates would pay incidental
expenses incurred during the stay at the time of checkout directly to the hotel.
Accommodation reservation shall be made on a first come first-serve basis.
Accommodation is guaranteed for reservations received on or before
October 31st, 2007. However, in case you have any specific request you are most welcome to contact ITDC-ARMS.
Generally the major Currencies are acceptable i.e. US Dollars, UK Pound Sterling, Euro etc. Also, major credit cards are also accepted in most hotels, which include, Master Card, Visa, Citi Bank.
The negotiated tariff indicated is expected to hold through the period of the conference. The hotels however reserve the right to revise the tariff and the delegates would be required to make the payments on the prevailing special rates at the time of occupancy.
All hotel rates are on per night basis, however, taxes would be extra and will be charged at the prevailing rates. The present rate of taxes is 12.5 % of the room rent on the normal rent of the room being occupied. The usual check-in / checkout time is 12.00 noon. For late night or early morning check-in the room reservation would need to be from the previous day to ensure immediate availability on arrival.
Cancellation Policy :Requests for cancellation of accommodation booking, tours and other services, must be made in writing to ITDC-ARMS. Telephonic cancellation request will not be acceptable. Refunds, as applicable will be sent only after conclusion of the Conference. Request for cancellation received by
03rd November 2007 will be subject to a 25% deduction as an administrative charge,. For cancellation received after
03rd November 2007, one
night room rent will be charged as retention charges.
